119/365

Delia wheels up on her little pink bike and says, "Momma, I am faster than faster than fast. I am speed." I think she likes Lightning McQueen. We have been reading the Sally and Lightning McQueen books every day before nap and bedtime too.

So, of course I had to go inside and grab my camera for a picture to post. And what better way to illustrate speed than panning? I got my SS lower this time, I think it was 1/30, but I think I need a faster subject to get alot of motion blur.

This is wonderful Laurie! After looking at it for a bit I feel like she is doing circles around me ;)

Great photo! I just love how vivid the colors are in all your pictures! And, I wish you could meet my mini me too:) Maybe one day we will be able to reconnect!

Well, she certainly looks fast with that motion blur. Haha. What a cutie! Your panning is so perfectly crisp. I've only tried this with a carousel and had the HARDEST time! I think it might've been too fast.

Way to go! This turned out awesome.

No, you did great!!! The motion blur is awesome and that's great focus on her at 1/30. Geez. You've inspired me to try panning again :) Added to my "to-do photo list" that some awesome friend suggested I do a while back :)

She is too funny! I'm seriously impressed with sharp Delia is while you were panning at 1/30!

Sheesh, Laurie she looks like she's going pretty darn fast to me. This is great! I have a terrible time with showing motion....gotta get on that.
