I'm skipping the Joy of Love post today because I need several generations of people and right now there is only me and the kids at home. Why would that post be on a Monday?

Anyway, Delia is "cracking" me up today with these jeans. For whatever reason, they keep falling down and bringing her panties with them. As I was attempting to take a couple of pics of the kids for a scrapbook page for a friend that is moving, I saw this little monkey and her little show. Just about everything she does is cute.

I love how you capture your kids as they are. Ok, you MUST spend your gift certificate on a speedlite! It's an essential that I can't imagine living without. You will be amazed at the improvement of your indoor shots (more depth and dimension) when you can bounce your flash rather than having your pop up flash aimed right at your subject. Pop up flashes seem to flatten everything out and you lose your background most of the time. Just my two bits....

That is so funny! That is a photo your daughter may hate but you will treasure for ever.

Jen B is right. I LOVE my speedlite too!

Hehe :) The little scalloped elastic poking out at the top of the jeans adds such a sweet element to the image.

Butt crack cracks me right up too! So cute! Great photo of it :) My daughter is hilarious with her but crack. "Mom, I have a crack!" or if she has a wedgie, "Mom, there's a crack in my bum!"

Tracy February 7, 2011 at 11:29 PM
