Day eight! Woop! Okay this is part two, S-N-O-W. I think we got somewhere around an inch of snow (my husband, says half inch), but it is still around today. Brent was out of work because the roads were so icy, which is a great surprise! It is nice to have him home an extra day this week and even better that it is a FRIDAY!!! Ben was still excited to see the snow this morning, so right after breakfast (mmmmm...cinnamon rolls), we got all bundled up and went out into the snow. Brent pointed out to the kids to listen to our feet crunching in the snow as we walked down the sidewalk. It is such a crisp, fresh, clean sound. And to top off our crunching in the snow, we were the first family to trample around in the neighborhood park.

Ben loves this dump truck, compliments of his aunt and uncle for his 1st birthday. It has many, many miles on it. And now carried a few loads of snow. Delia put her hand in the snow and pretty much didn't stop crying until I took her inside. I don't blame her, where there is snow, it is COLD! I am so ready for 80+ degree weather and some pool time!

This looks cold! And I love her squished up, upset face.

Sweet. I could just kiss that sad little face.

The snow looks so pretty. My kids have more fun with the dump trucks in winter than they do in summer! LOL
